If you're taller, i.e... if you're 6'4 but shredded lean, and weigh 180lbs, a size Medium should still be ideal. On the other hand, if you're 5'8/5'9 and over 150lbs, you might be better suited in a size Medium, than Small. AND, generally speaking, if you prefer a more relaxed/loose fit, then go one size UP.Again, the guidelines above are for the form-fitting, "model"-fit look.
